Booking, takedown & storage details
Your cleared 50% reservation payment reserves the agreed installation window. The remaining balance is due after installation and your walkthrough.
Removal is planned for January 4–29, 2027, subject to your agreement and weather. Seasonal lights remain company-owned. Your agreement covers access, weather delays, repairs, cancellation, removal and storage. Next season’s renewal is quoted separately.

Know before you book.
Are the lights included, and who owns them?
We supply the commercial-grade lights and accessories in your agreed design. Seasonal lights remain company-owned; your agreement specifies use, storage and renewal terms.
What do the starting prices include?
A defined display with installation, ordinary covered seasonal service, removal and agreed storage. Your quote lists footage, colors and accents. Heights, lifts, larger designs and changes affect the final price.
How do I reserve an installation window?
After measurements and scope are confirmed, accept the written agreement and pay the 50% reservation payment. The remaining balance is due after installation and the walkthrough. Accepted payment methods are confirmed in your proposal.
When do installation and removal happen?
The 2026 pilot schedule targets early-November installation, with removal planned for January 4–29, 2027. Your agreement confirms the windows. Weather, access and safety can require rescheduling.
What happens if a light goes out?
Ordinary failures involving our supplied materials are handled under your seasonal service terms. Storm damage, customer changes and third-party damage may be excluded or billable. Response commitments appear in your agreement.
What do I need to provide?
Safe access, functioning suitable outdoor power, any necessary HOA or property approvals, and information about known hazards. New outlets, hardwiring and other regulated electrical work require separately arranged qualified support.
Is next year included?
This season's quote does not automatically include a second season. Labeled lights and a saved layout support a separately scoped renewal proposal; price and availability are confirmed then.
Can I submit or book online right now?
Yes, submit a free quote request online. Your installation date is confirmed separately after your proposal and reservation payment.
